Review after about a year
Bought these as a gift for someone after seeing a review on TikTok and they have held up really well no peeling no rusting they clean easy and withstand the dishwasher. They are sharp not dull after multiple uses, the kitchen scissors are a good size i definitely would gift again.

Great little knife; but kind of slick and light
For the price, this is an awesome little slicer. Great for tomatoes, etc.Pros:• Sharp• Excellent value• Nimble• Matches the cookware if you have it (and/or care about that)Cons:• Kind of slick. It matches the cookware which is a ceramic coated non-stick. If this gets a little greasy or damp, it can be a bit slick.• Needs a longer blade IMO• Handle is on the smaller sideNot your high-end cutlery, but it's a great little knife if you're careful. Can't vouch for any of the straight edges, but the serrated is pretty good for an entry-level knife.

Buy the knives! I have these and they are excellent quality, sharp, and so far long lasting. I had family come visit and they loved them so much I ordered them as Christmas gifts for them!

Wow.
These knives I use everyday. They are just as sharp today and they were from day one. I was a little scared to use em because they are so sharp. No rust no bends no chips perfect as when I first used em. I highly recommend this knife set. Very good quality.

Very nice semi-professional knife
These are good knives that should last a lifetime. Be aware that the ceramic non-stick layer extends across the entire knife including the handle, and for some reason they have put the textured diamond pattern on the blade and not the handle, so it can be a slippery at first if you are used to something with a more grippy handle. In general if you want a knife to last a long time then you don't want plastics or rubber in the handle as it will deteriorate over time, but it would have been nice to have the textured pattern on the handle rather than the blade. That being said, if you're holding a knife properly with your index finger pushed up against the blunt edge of the blade where it meets the underside of the handle (as per my pics), then there is no issue. It's just a matter of muscle memory getting used to holding it as professional chefs would, and less like your mother pushing down on a knife to cut through carrots without any kind of sawing motion or technique. With that aside, I've bought this and the other three of different sizes as it appears that the entire 14 piece set including a block for storage (all inclusive for $85) isn't available outside of the USA. I can only find the 4 individual available types in the UK and the EU. I don't believe there are any more than 4 different knives in the US set either, I would expect that there are just multiple duplicates of the available 4 knives, so for example you could use one for poultry and another identical for veg, so it would stop you needing to wash the same knife for different food types, and instead just grab another one from the block. They are very sharp and the microscopic saw-teeth of these blades are indistinguishably small, so a very light sawing action back and forth with virtually no pressure is enough to get through anything. Technique is everything and will maintain sharpness. Putting a lot of downward pressure on a knife to cut through something is a big no-no for safety.Don't ever be tempted to use semi-professional knives like these in cheap domestic knife sharpeners, you will blunt them, not sharpen them. Look after these and they will last you a lifetime. Depending on how often you use them I would guesstimate that you could get them all resharpened and re-honed professionally after about 10 to 15 years of regular use, longer if you use them less frequently. Treat them with respect.I'm a big fan of the Blue Diamond steel pans as well with around 9 pots pans of various sizes in my kitchen to date, so these knives compliment the other cookware nicely.9 out of 10 from me, deducting one point only because I feel the textured pattern on the blade would be better placed on the handle, but perhaps they already tried that in the development stage and found the smooth non stick handle to be better without the texture. Just a minor nit-pick though, not in any reality a deal-breaker.If you want to learn proper technique for the 3 main types of knives a professional would use, I would suggest searching for Chef Jean-Pierre on YouTube and on his channel he has a short video demonstrating property technique, and which type of knife should be used on various food types. Even if you only buy this one type of knife then it's still very much worth itWorth the money IMHO even though it's way more expensive to buy individually in the UK than the 14 piece set available in the US. If you buy the 4 available types in the UK make sure you have a wooden block to store them in, don't just throw them in the utensil draw. They come with a plastic protector over the blade which you can reuse temporarily while you look for a good wooden knife block suited for the number of knives you intend to buy.

Très aiguisé
Je ne croyais pas la pub sur YouTube. Mais pour le prix j’ai acheté et testé. C’est vraiment époustouflant la découpe. Cela fait 6mois et ça coupe toujours autant. À voir sur du plus long terme
