This support belt is exactly what I’ve been looking for! It is only 4” wide which is all any belt needs to be for me. The fit & color are perfect, it is not bulky and is essentially seamless making it very hard for anyone to tell that I’m even wearing it! That is a great feature if you are self conscious of it or would prefer that people didn’t know that you’re wearing it. The price is fair, it is well made, and very easy to put on and take off. The Velcro is in the perfect place and doesn’t snag or catch on my clothes or rub my skin. The little extra support foam is also in the right place and works quite well. I would recommend this support belt to anyone!!

This is the 7th one I've tried and I'm so so glad I kept looking. This one is a perfect width and the material is soft and comfortable. I put it on and completely forgot it was there till getting ready for bed. Love it. p.s. It does NOT come with the type of pad that others do. It only has a small square 1/4 " stiffish piece of foam in a sewn-in pocket. I had a pad left over from a previous belt from 3 yrs. ago so I use that.

Good compression, but be careful with the velcro. Scratched myself twice after a brief brush, one mark has lasted several weeks now, the other was more recent.

This belt does the trick but only if I put it on super tight. It seems like it could pop open at any time but so far it has not. I am not sure how it will hold up over time but at least I didn't spend a ton of money on it.

I'm a 67 year old petite female who has had a lot of abdominal surgeries that weakened my abdominal wall. About 4 months ago, I sneezed and felt the tear. Ever since I've had a bulging epigastric hernia (under my rib cage). I really want to avoid any more surgeries. I bought a different hernia belt, but it was too wide and folded over while wearing it. This belt is perfect width, does not fold over, and even has a small pocket with a foam insert to place where the hernia bulge is. It holds it in nicely while I go about my day, do chores, and cough or sneeze. It's made in Ukraine, so it took a while to arrive, with the awful war they are fighting, but it's a good product and I would recommend to anyone needing to baby a hernia.

Belt is nice. But I was upset when I took it out of my mail box and it was in just the original see thru plastic bag and not in a shipping package. It is a personal item that I didn't appreciate being sent visible to every one.

I had to replace this thing, as it is far too narrow for anyone with even a few extra lbs. on the tummy area.
