I can't give a star. I ordered 3 and each one seemed to be missing an important part to connect the ball with screw. In conclusion they all 3 went into the garbage.

Fantastic product. Easy to use and has held up.

Poor instructions, difficult to handle, doesn't lock securly.your phone flops around. I don't recommend this product.
