Hugo's Amazing Tape, 1" by 50'

Every sewer’s/hand crafter’s dream. I bought the 1” size and cut it to fit my bobbins to keep the thread from unraveling. The 1” works fine on regular thread spoils. Keeps my threads so much cleaner and no more unraveling. Have started using for some of my thinner left over yarn and it works fine. One package goes a long ways but it is hard to find. Pure plastic type tape so there is no glue or sticky residue.

My sewing room and I cannot do without Amazing Tape. This is just the right width to use around a loose end of thread on a spool. Lasts forever and ends tangles in my drawers. I mark one end with a dark sharpie before applying to my thread spool. Wrap with the UNMARKED end closest to the spool and the marked end to the outside. Then I can easily find my start point when I want to use the thread.

Does not work as well as advertised.

It is my fault for not paying close enough attention, but this the image is misleading. From the side of the roll, it looks like it has some color to it, but looking at it top down, its the clear tape, so I wasted ~$10.50 to learn that the hard way. The problem with the clear tape is that it blends in to whatever you put it on and makes it very easy to loose it. Hopefully I will be able it find some uses for it, but I always buy the blue or purple since it suits my needs better (I use it instead of rubber bands on decks of cards and board game boxes), so now I need to find the correct product listing and re-order.If the tape being clear is not an issue to you, then disregard this, as it should still work just as well as the colored stuff, but just know what you are ordering.

It doesn't stick well and it is super thin poor quality. Bought it years ago when it first came out and it was nice and thick. Now its a waste of money.

This is a must own for anyone who enjoys board games. Hold cards and other items together easily and be able to pull them apart and reuse this over and over again. Does not damage anything from what I've seen so far and great for organization. I had only recently learned of this product and it is worth every penny. When I finally run out of it, I will indeed be buying more.

If you have a lot of spools of thread that are always loose, you'll find a solution with Amazing Tape. I've been using it a couple years now and it unseals and reseals time after time without leaving any residue or stickiness. I machine embroider, and I have a piece of Amazing Tape on each of the 150 spools of embroidery thread I own. Great product!

Heard about this product from a fellow board game enthusiast. Needed something to bind together stacks of cards for my tabletop board games. Does the job 100%. Though the purple one will be easier to see, I opted for the clear colorless one. No complaints.
