This is the second curtain pole I've ordered as I ordered one for my bedroom and needed another for the dining room although the two halves are quite solid in themselves, the way you fix them together with a central screw is not very secure so would recommend two people to to put it onto the wall brackets for a secure fix.

Good quality rail, shame about the curtain rings
Good quality rail, shame about the curtain rings as these seem to fall to bits or break in two. The rail itself was good quality let down by rings.

Disappointing
The rod itself is fine but the rings are not at all tough. They break on contact when you pick them up like a rich tea biscuit. Absolutely useless. Had to go shopping for far better quality at £2 per ring.
