Just love 'em
I'm slowly getting into watercolor and have fought the battle of cheap paint, cheap paper and cheap brushes. Aaaaarrrggghhh !! But that's how you learn. I had checked out a lot of different brush reviews and liked what I read about these brushes but the regular price was a little steep for me. When I found a deal for almost half price here on Amazon I snapped them up and I'm glad I did. I love them. Although I am a beginner. I could immediately tell the great quality compared to some other brushes I had bought and tried, and the blending and glazing brushes allow even me to get those distant trees and foreground grasses looking good. My wife is amazed at my progress ..... The DVD that comes with the brushes, is loaded with so much information, tips, and techniques that I have watched it over and over. To me it alone was worth the money I paid for the whole set. Funny thing, the more I watched and listened to Sterling Edwards, the more I realized he is a lot like me and that leads me to believe he is the kind of person that would never have his name on any product that wasn't top quality. I highly recommend this set ......

Excellent brushes!
I especially like the blending/glazing brush. You can create beautiful washes as well as trees and grass very easily and quickly. There is a how-to DVD included with the set. Check out YouTube for free art lessons by Sterling Edwards. He has several videos with lessons and instructions.

Great Quality
This kit has a DVD with great tips, of course, but I was mainly interested in the brushes. I was pleasantly surprised at the outstanding quality of these brushes! The feel of the handles ate so smooth, and the brush bristles were versatile and seem to be very durable.

My New Favorite Watercolor Brush Set
This set of Sterling Edwards brushes preform beyond my expectations. It is a great value but sadly I see it is no longer available. I didn’t buy it for the video but enjoyed watching the video also and learned a lot. A nice overall versatile set.

Damaged product
I'm not pleased with these brushes. Right out of package then#12 round was frayed. See picture. I'm a senior disabled women that saved my money to buy these and get a product that's inferior.

Product is great. Packaging is WAY overdone; waste of time and money an I'm sure much more expensive to ship.
