Great customer service, I'm happy with the support received
The original hose I bought presented an issue where it kinked in a few places and split. Having reported the issue, the customer services were quick to replace the hose for a superior one, and I'm 100% satisfied with the professionalism presented.

Connectors failed
Returned it for a refund after a couple of months of use. Seal on connection broke was unable to replace seal. Returned for a refund

NOT FLEXIBLE
After looking at the video and pictures, price was sensible,not too cheap or too dear i thought yes this is the hose for me. This hose is rubbish, absolutely rubbish, soo hard it won't bend. I can't evan wind it up. So much for it being "more flexible that our competitors" please don't waste your money. I got a rubber one far superior to this one from Autobright direct, it acts like a rope when in use, very flexible and Same price. DONT BUY THIS HOSE ITS NOT FLEXIBLE.

Hose cracked just out of the box
Really poor in my opinion. The quick release fittings are very good and handy however the hose itself is very cheap and ridgid. First time using it out of the box the rubber coating on the exterior of the hose has already cracked in a couple of places. Really poor quality rubber more like plastic.

Connecting ends broke after one use.
The product kinks, twists and is frustrating to use. I have bought 2 of these to date and both have failed to function correctly. I shall not buy another and cannot recommend this as a product

It's only 1/4 hose.
It's only 1/4 hose. I don't know why comes with 3/8 fittings. That only a trick how to sell for more money. Im not happy enough.
