This was awesome. I got it for my son's (12) birthday party and it looked better that what I thought it was going to be. It really did come with everything and all the kids loved the stickers and balloons

Banner was awesome, although you have to put the ribbon on yourself. Balloons had an awful chemical smell and burned my hands, I threw them out.

Much better quality than I thought it was going to be for the price. I bought it on a whim because my cousins bday was in a few days. Easy to set up and really cute.

These were great for my daughter's birthday. Had to put the 'Happy Birthday' sign together but that only took a few extra minutes.

Literally everything was great except the balloons. I took a chance and got this set despite the reviews because my anime club loves danganronpa but I ended up throwing away the balloons because even after having them sit for a couple weeks the smell was still overpowering and I didn't want my party to smell like chemicals. Really disappointing because now I only have the cupcake toppers to use for the party (can't use the birthday cake banner and topper because it's a Halloween party). Overall I recommend this only if you're ok with not having the balloons.

I have not unwrapped everything, but I want to let those "on the fence" about purchasing that the banner and cake topper are good quality and will look great at the upcoming birthday.

I paid £39.99 for this set and it’s got letters missing so banner can’t be used cheap over priced rubbish I have a very upset little girl do not buy
