Stealth Archery Set

I liked the look of the item, however it states “not suitable for children under the age of 14”. This is a tad unnecessary I feel. Here’s why; it is not very powerful and my 11 year old son got bored with it quite quickly. This was also because the suckers on each arrow did not stick to anything due to the lack of power. I feel this is a toy for children between ages 7-10 to use in the garden. It looks good, but the grip is light weight hallow plastic a NBC d you cannot ajust the tension of the bow at all.I have ordered another different set of longer arrows to see if they are any better.Overall it’s an ok toy but the arrows are poor which affects its performance to keep kids interested.

Bought this for my son over a year ago who loved it then and still plays with it. It is a good solid build, quite large and has some real power to it .There is a hole in the middle to insert the arrow so little hands don't have to try and fiddle about keeping the arrow straight.I can remember getting bow and arrow sets with the suckers on when I was a kid and most of the time the rubber was hard plastic and the cord was a bit of elastic. No power and they never stuck. I wish we had one of these then, Every now and then I hear a massive thud as the boy is walloping an arrow at the window or back door from the bottom of the garden.Solid product. Good value for money. Siblings beware.

I bought this product after reading all of the reviews that seemed to rate it highly even though there were a few references to dodgy arrows (more specifically the 'tooth' at the end of each arrow being very fragile).The bow itself is really good and on initial fire of a good arrow everything works well.Unfortunately, however, the arrows are really poor in terms of durability. One of the arrows lost it's 'tooth' on the first occasion it was fired (which isn't a massive deal to be honest because you *can fire the arrows without their 'teeth'. However, within one day of use all of the arrows were warped and could not be fired in anywhere near a straight line.If you are looking for something that is no more than a toy that can basically send arrows in a loosely forward direction then this item is OK for that purpose. If you want something that can actually shoot straight for more than a day I would look elsewhere.

I bought this on the back of reviews as an additional bow to go with the Geologic Archery set we bought from Decathlon (fantastic set). This bow is shockingly bad. Anything over about 10ft and the arrow start to travel sideways and is starting to loose speed anyway so when it hits the target the suction cup either doesn't stick or drops off anyway within about 2 seconds. Really disappointed with this bow, and the quality and performance difference between this and the Geologic bow is night and day. Really don't know how it has racked up so many good reviews.

The box that the set came in was trashed, I took photos in case the bow and arrow set was damaged....unfortunately it was not...otherwise it would be going back....don't know if it was down to the carraige of the package or it left the seller damaged...not happy...

A bit disappointed really. After reading the reviews we had expected a better quality product than it actually is. In reality it's a bit flimsier than it looks on the box/photos, and it's made of a light plastic (which I suppose is good for younger kids). My 8 yo son was quite happy with it, but I would say that older children would want something a bit more substantial.

Bit of an impulse buy for a birthday - really not a quality toy - a bit plasticky. Would be fine for a smaller child (with supervision), but the central hole for the arrow means if you pull the bow back too far the sucker pops off the arrow, which could be a little dangerous in the wrong hands.

Fantastic quality bow, easy to assemble with an easy to use system. Purchased to replace the bow that came with my little ones archery set that broke. It's really sturdy and much better quality than a lot of the kids bows on the market. The sting is not elasticated like others, it's the bow that bends, the way a proper archery bow does, giving a much more authentic experience. My kids love it and have abandoned the others in favour of this one!
