I would recommend this book to all women and I wish I had read it sooner! The Herbs for Women section has become a solid reference for me. There is something for every women in this book. I would especially recommend it to anyone suffering from any hormone-related health problems, including PCOS and endometriosis.

This book was bought as a gift for a holistic lover. And let me tell you what this is a great quality and beautiful book. The little colored illustrations were a beautiful touch throughout the book. It covers so much information about different herbs, their uses, and it includes some herbal recipes. Very knowledgeable and handy book for those who love herbal and natural plant uses. I’ll be buying myself one next!
