Not worth the price
bought this for drilling 2 wheel hubs. It chipped after only enlarging 5 holes. For 35$ i expected more. Bought another bit from another company for half the price and it performed great

Top Quality Drill Bit
Have only used this drill bit on wood so far but I have to say that the speed at which it penetrates lumber is amazing. It went though the wood so fast I initially thought my newly purchased lumber was hollow or eaten by termites. I can only imagine how well this drill will work in metal.

A serious drill bit good for steel plate
I used this bit to move the hitch pins on a bush hog frame. Drilled a pilot hole and then used this bit through the 3/8" mild steel mounting plate. No problems with an 18volt Dewalt hand drill if you keep the speed down, hang on tight and use cutting oil. Bit still looks like new.
