You simply plug it on and it should charge straight away. If it doesn't charge, try another cable and if that doesn't work, it's faulty.

Can you use any nicotine liguid to fill this ?

Yeah, but just be careful as the tab on the head constantly snaps off so you end up going through more pods than liquid. I have had 4 of these and they’ve all gone in the bin and invested in something a bit more expensive and durable.
