Works as advertised! Sleeping great.
I’ve been taking P5P for a week now and I’ve definitely noticed that I’m sleeping much better. I’m not getting tired in the afternoons now though I have been exercising before a 2 mile walk each morning and evening. I feel much calmer also. I typically don’t think that I dream, meaning that I’m not spending much time in REM sleep, but I realize that I have been dreaming each night since starting the supplement. Sleep is one of the most important things related to our health. I am happy with the results so far.

Good, Cheap B6 Supplementation
I've found I sleep better with B6, and overall I feel a little more energized in the morning. Although, the last part might be placebo. This is a very cost-effective brand for good B6!

I will admit that I did not know what to rate this product
The jury is still out for this product. I did not know what to rate this product. I seen no major changes taking this product above the regular B6 that was taken. I had seen on a YouTube video that this type of B6 is supposed to be far more affective than the other types of B6 where your liver doesn't have to break down this type of B6. According to the YouTube video this is the active forum of B6. But again I seen no major changes with this B6 than with other types of B6 and with other brands. Was trying to use this B6 as a water pill.
