Since writing the review they have contacted me and sent out a replacement lid. Very happy with the customer service.Good product with a big flaw. The spill resistant cover was very weak when trying to take off to clean between the cover and lid. I broke one of the keepers. Now the spill resistant cover is useless.

Not Particularly well attached. The slide cover broke off. Since I needed to size down the opening for hot beverages, that otherwise hit my lips, I superglued it back on in the position I needed, which does seem to work OK. Since then, I purchased a stainless steel vacuum sealed cup at Sams. It came with two cups, both with sliding lids that are very well done for $16. I even turned a full cup full of ice and water upside down and not a drop comes out. They're much better than anything else I have found and keep beverages hot and cold just as good as the YETI and Walmart knockoff.

The lid fits good but a bit awkward to drink from being it is thick where you drink. Also' the sliding lid gets coffee stuck between the slider and difficult to get the coffee smell out unless you take it apart and I don't know how long I will be able to do that before I break it.

I bought this lid for my 20 oz SIC cup. It fits, but I don't feel that "spill-proof" is an accurate description. It serves its purpose though. The biggest disappointment was that it didn't come with the straw. The envelope that the lid came in was completely sealed, but the plastic packaging that the lid was in was partially open and the straw sleeve was in there but it was empty!

I received my clear replacement lid but did not receive the straw. Also, the lid does not fit my 20 oz RTIC tumbler. Very disappointing.

slide on opening lost the ability to stay clicked open. Didn't care for the straws at all. Replaced them with real Yetti tops.

Works but slider broke easy

This cup comes nowhere near fitting my Yeti cup! It barely stays in the cup at all. Forget about it staying if you touch it. With the *slightest* contact with the lid, it comes right off. I'm very disappointed...
