These are nice in heat of summer but I always keep them in the freezer for anytime we have an upset stomach. They’ve been a life saver! I’ll ever be without!

I can't get my dad to use Liquid IV. He avoids liquids because he does not want to pee due to his prostrate. He will eat these, a little too much sugar for my liking but at least he is getting some electrolytes.

You will never see us without these in our home. They are the best things for when my babies are sick and keeping them hydrated, Also with my husband working in the fields these are great to bring to him during those hot long days! A must buy! plus, THEY ARE HUGE!!

These freezer bars are fairly large so keep in mind that they're not small like other pops. I have used pedia pops before to get electrolytes, these taste better and are larger if you don't mind the sugar. One thing I've used pops like this for is when you've got a terrible stomach bug and can't keep down anything, even water, frozen electrolytes pops are very useful. Could be nice if they offered more variety of flavors but I like both the blue raspberry and fruit punch.

nice big frozen, good tasting electrolyte bars to cool you down & give you a pickup. 2 flavors, both are ok but I wish you could order a box of just 1 flavor.
