I use this in my electric diffuser because I have vertigo attacks . It smells good but have yet to use it when I have vertigo

love this, use in my aromatherapy diffuser and it really is relaxing g. Not overpowering. A few drops go a long way

I was a Neom nerd but thought I would try another brand which was a 3rd of the price, nothing to lose. Well hey I am super impressed with this flavour. You need no more drops than the other brand, it might be a little thinner oil but it is equal in every other way and I prefer the fragrance. No brainer folks

Tried this every night for a week now and whilst it smells lovely in my room, it really doesn’t do anything to help me relax and fall asleep 😢 I’ve tried various amounts to try and get the right effect but alas no, I’m still wide awake at 4 every morning 😩 back to the drawing board. I’ll still put it in my diffuser as I love the scent but doesn’t help me

Purchased this to add to my diffuser at home in an attempt to help my daughter who is ND and struggles with her emotions and focus. She has been particularly stressed and struggling at school recently so I was prepared to try anything to help settle her. I have been putting this in the diffuser each evening / overnight and I definitely saw a change in how calm she’s been in the morning and more able to complete her morning routine, I also decided to add a drop to the collar of her school shirt to see if it could help her during the school day and she definitely appears more settled again now. It may be a coincidence and I may be jinxing us by saying it but I’ve just ordered 3 more bottles of the same oil
