Good quality seeds
Clean good quality seeds and well packaged. Used in bread baking flapjacks etc

Excellent source of Omega oil
Decided to up our intake of Omega oil but being vegi that was tricky. We steer clear of fish these days (micro/nano plastics) and so decided to buy flaxseeds and an electric crusher (you have to crush them or they simply pass straight through). It's worked out very well. We take a few large teaspoons a day mixed into most meals. Shop around for the best deals as its often best to buy bulk.
