SchmidtSpiele 58965 Fairy Tale Magic Puzzle 1000 Pieces

The reviews on this scared me but i already had gotten in the mail it slightly reminded me of the myths and legends puzzle I had enjoyed from ravensburger and this isnt as scary as some made it sound. I do think if it was any other brand I'd find it almost impossible but I've bought every brand I've ever seen reviewed and researched supposed the best and then you cant twll of something in the right place thise supposed amazing brands i did not finish only ones i own i will not do and was a waste of money not this one though because scmidt really seems to be the only one that you don't have false fits. If you try a piece you know it either fits or doesn't no queation. I just wish all the artwork from ravensburger and some other brands were also available by schmidt then every puzzle I bought would be scmidt instead of ravensburger. With this one, I just got the hardest vine and brown parts out of way first and then reference the box 1 billion times with headlamp with magnifier I wear to do puzzles and figure out where the rest goes and it is a good puzzle. very good because this brand you know if a piece fits or not and the pieces are very thick and sturdy. Actually feel more accomplished with this one every time I got a piece because it's more challenging than the last couple images I've done. But the image was hard at times

The sturdiness of the puzzle is great. The piece quality is excellent, they fit snugly, and feel great.It's a shame, then, that the puzzle experience is terrible.The picture is fuzzy, making it difficult to know what you're really looking at. Everything has a similar, almost brown-washed tinge that further complicates the process of assembly. I would spend hours staring at the pieces, and would be lucky to assemble a couple pieces. Its just not a fun puzzle to put together. We ended up stopping and putting this one away. Nor recommended.
