It seems like most of the negative reviews for this are from shipping problems more than the actual product, so I decided to leave a review about the actual product itself. I ordered this for the first time to try it out because I was about to get a new tattoo. The product came in very fast and on time. It was well packaged and arrived full. I've been using this for almost a week now and I have no complaints at all. It's very gentle on the fresh tattoo and a little goes a long way. I haven't had a bad reaction to it, and it doesn't completely dry out your tattoo after use. I spray a little directly on the tattoo and gently rub it across with a soft washcloth then rinse it away with a small cup of warm water before dabbing it dry with a towel. It gets away all the gunk and residue from the tattoo and also the tattoo healing process. I will continue to use this stuff because it is a very well-made product. I do follow the washing with the After Inked lotion and moisturizer which has a GREAT colling sensation when kept fresh in the fridge.

This is what I’ve always used on my tattoos and it usually lasts me through the whole healing process even though it’s a small bottle. A little goes a long way and it’s gentle on my skin.

I like this soap for my new piercings but the pump has never worked right and it’s hard to get enough out. It takes like 10 pumps to get a quarter size amount of foam. Kind of annoying but again it does clean well and has helped my piercings heal nicely.

I genuinely love how this product is a dual one, for both piercings and tattoos. Since I recently just got a stud piercing I have been using it to help soothe it. It’s been three weeks and for some reason the tiniest bump appeared. It’s not noticeable but it’s there. This product has been a massive help and it’s helping with the reduction of its appearance. This is something that everyone with piercing or tattoos should have somewhere ready to be used. It is a great product!

I purchased this after getting a tattoo as i didn't want to use fragranced shower gels and it needed cleaning properly. I would highly recommend purchasing this is you are having a tattoo done its very nice on the skin and has cleaned my tattoo really well and helped the healing process. I am also going to use this for a new piercing i will be getting shortly! A must have product!

Great product

I’d especially recommend this to anyone who isn’t a fan of using normal hand soap for cleaning new tattoos. Only downside is that the liquid sometimes comes out the side of the bottle making it a bit wet. Other than that, great product
