Great deal
Great 'refurbished' masticating juicer, bought as a used like new item, and it looks brand new, nothing broken, everything works. The machine itself is a very good model, pulp is dry, juice is exceptional and higher yielding than my old centrifugal juicer. I have owned a $2000 slow juicer in the past and this one is pretty close to the same quality of juice. I was able to get it at a price of $60, against a sale price of $130 for a new one, regular price $160. This was a great deal, amazon used products can be hit or miss but this time I think I did well. Have no idea how long it will last etc. I'll have to wait and see for that, but can confirm it is easy to clean, even near the center of the main tub where there is a a small crevice circling the auger connection, if you just use a kitchen sink hose, or put the tap on high pressure, water easily flushes it out.

Works better than I expected.
So I did a lot of research before settling to buy this juicer and I quickly realized that no juicer is out there without some "not so good" review. However, there is always that factor of individual differences, the juicer is really good; I use it for batch juicing and I quickly learned how to make it work without clogging(since people always comment about juicers clogging and how annoying that could be). I realized that taking my time to prepare my fruits and cutting them into appropriate sizes helps a lot. I have been using it for about two months now and with no problem. The only down size to it is the size of the opening to feed in fruits, it a little smaller than I would have loved it to be. Other than that, it's super easy to clean, assemble and to use. I think it's worth the price. I already recommended it to another friend. I intend to give more updates in the future.

Great juice, but difficult to clean and parts need replacing
This product makes very good juice, but it is difficult to clean and both of the baskets in the interior have cracked within six months and I’m trying to get replacement parts already.Update: upon contacting Cuisinart, they responded immediately, simply asking for a photograph, and immediately responded that they are sending out replacement baskets at no cost to me.I was very pleased by the way they communicated and now I’m just waiting for the baskets

Someone could have been really injured!
We bought this juicer in Feb 2023. We have been juicing for many years and have used a Champion Juicer (great quality but huge, hard to clean and needs lots of space for all its attachments) And many centrifugal juicers (a pain to clean the screens and wastes a lot of juice with wet pulp) When it came time to get a new juicer after much research we decided on this one. It has been wonderful. Easiest to clean of them all. Still a chore but easier. It is quiet and does not take up much space. It does a great job as long as you cut things to a reasonable size and don't feed it to fast. The problem came today while juicing, I heard a huge pop and a two inch shard of the main body shot off and hit my wall. (damaging it!) Praise God it did not hit anyone in the home. Long story short...I feel that for the money we spent it should have lasted longer than six months and the way it broke could have REALLY hurt someone. I pray it was just a defect in the one we had.

Best Nama alternative!
I purchased this because I really wanted the nama j2 juicer and thought that the nama juicer was pricey. I was also doing a fast, and the traditional juicers always left my heart hurting as I felt like I was wasting my money: too much oil and no little juice. I was recommended this by another church sister who was doing an extended fast alongside me. But this one right here! It’s amazing! 10/10 for me! I am so very pleased.Pro’s about the device:It’s easy to set upIt’s easy to installIt’s easy to washYou get little waste & ALOT of juiceDoesn’t take up a lot of spaceCon’s about this juicer:It juices very fast so have veggies pre choppedThe top doesn’t open up so veggies or fruits have to be cut a bit slenderIt’s hard to reinsert the middle chamber after washing to be used again

Great quality juicer for the price
This was my first "real" juicer and I did a lot of research before buying it. I love it! It's relatively easy to clean however I used my own little brushes because the one supplied does not get into the nooks that need cleaning. Its quiet, I handwash b/c don't have a dishwasher and the juice tastes great and has great extraction. I barely have to use the pusher thing the produce goes right through. Since I don't have a dishwasher it does require a committent to clean every day but the juice is worth it.I chose this one because of the wide chute, the brand name, and the easy clean factor - it also has a reverse feature should anything get stuck. Great product!

Ok at first, but not so much after newness wore off
Pros: at first I thought this would be a great juicer for a 21 day juice cleanse. I didn’t want to spend hundreds- this is affordable. It is lightweight, fits nicely on countertops, wasn’t too difficult to put together to use. I have always used a Champion, so this thing was light years quieter. Wow.Cons: The two inner strainers and macerator suction together, and it takes everything you have to get it apart to clean it. They don’t snap together, and there is no locking mechanism, it’s just you trying to pull out the pieces against incredible suction. Once you get all the pieces apart, it takes quite a bit of time to clean a brush off all the pieces. Bc the shoot where the pope comes out gets clogged very easily, and you have to use the poker on the end of the brush to poke out all the pieces that you can’t reach with your fingers. On the Morning of day 13 I heard a pop while juicing. The inner strainer cracked. I called Amazon and Cuisinart… There’s nothing they can do, but give me my money back or offer me a discount. They don’t have anymore, and there are no extra parts.I’m glad I got a refund. I would NOT buy it again.
