Great Original Chicken Waterer. Love it!!
It gets hot where we live and I have multiple watering areas around for the chickens. I love this, it works great and super easy to fill the bucket, place the water tray, tip and leave. Funny thing is - this is now the go-to watering hole for the chickens - they rarely touch the bucket with the little cups I keep in the run anymore. It is built well, fits a 5 gallon bucket perfectly, easy to use and clean, really great design. Love it. May have to get another one for the run since apparently my chickens are picky.

Look no further... this is the solution you're looking for!
Wow! Just, wow! This product solved all my problems with feed loss to birds and critters and to other feeders that were just sloppy. My ladies prefer crumble but they were making a mess with it and the local birds were gorging themselves on it. This product has solved all of that. Easy to install and very effective. If you're thinking about buying this, stop thinking and buy it. You cant go wrong.

Great new design for Chicken feeders! Recommend it highly!
We saw this product on Shark Tank, and we knew right away that this was way better than the feeder that we had for our chickens. We ordered it from Amazon and came in 2 days. Thankful for this new product!

Easy and effective
Works like a charm, good material, easy to understand and as long as you have a drill totally doable for anyone! Even comes with the proper circle saw bit!

Sadly, only lasted 6 months
We purchased these for our small flock only 6 months ago. I took the feeders apart to wash them before refilling (which we have only done twice total) and one of the pieces broke as I was rinsing it. There were no drops or mishandling it, it just gently came apart as I ran water over it. The part that broke was the inside of the port ring so it's not exposed to sun and we don't get terribly cold weather here. For how well we have taken care of these, their age, and the overall price, I'm very disappointed they didn't last longer and would not continue to recommend them unfortunately. To review the idea of this feeder instead of the quality: we originally put all 3 ports on 1 5-gallon bucket and hung it from our coop. We quickly switched to using 3 5-gallon buckets with 1 port in each so that we could fit a full bag of chicken feed in the containers all at once. This were perfect when we first set it up using crumbles, no mess at all. I was beyond impressed and happy with my purchase. Everything was perfect, so naturally, I wanted to shake things up... We switched to pellets and our chickens immediately went on an eating strike. The strike took a turn for the worse when the tiny dinosaurs began eating parts of their coop and run instead of their actual food. Their eggs became alarmingly deformed with the main nutritional content being styrofoam from a trampoline mat. Management had no choice but to gave in to their demands, returning to the feed store to purchase crumbles once again. From that day forward the chickens have decided to fling their crumble everywhere as a reminder that they are the ones in charge here.

Don't bother with premade feeders!
These feeder ports are great, and allow you to make feeders which are infinitely better than the off-the-shelf options currently available. Commercial feeders are overpriced, undersized, and poorly designed.Building your own feeder is a much smarter and more cost-effective option. You need a hand drill, a suitable container, and about 10 minutes to spare. You can use a cheap and easy 5 gallon bucket with a lid, or if you have a larger flock, a trash can. I used a 32 gallon can, and it holds 2x 50lb bags of feed.Oriented properly, these ports keep rain, dirt, and poop out, and greatly reduce feed spillage and waste. Feeders can be indoors or out. In the case of an indoor feeder where space or access is limited, an outdoor hopper can easily be added, so that the feeder will self-fill through gravity, and the hopper becomes easy to reach and fill. One note: the 3" diameter hole saw that is included, is a bit shallow (about 1/2" cutting depth), and the teeth are coarse. This can make drilling into smaller containers, such as 4" PVC pipe, a bit tricky. The hole saw can usually be rocked side to side to handle this, but for tightly curved surfaces, a deeper hole saw may be needed. Drilling through metal, like a galvanized steel trash can, could be tricky with the coarse teeth. These are fine for wood and plastic, but seem like they could snag on sheet metal. A hole saw designed for sheet metal, or a carbide grit version, may be helpful here.
