These bags are easy to use, extremely durable and save so much waste in polyethylene bags. I highly recommend them. We have blunt four different brands, and of them I have found these the most usable, effective and they are very affordable. I have yet to wear one out.. Simply use, clean and reuse again and again.

I have tried a few brands. In terms of compostability, I haven’t noticed much difference. Absent controlled conditions, they all seem to break down about the same. But some are odd shapes or don’t seal very well.This brand comes closest to being what I associate with the brand name plastic baggies I used to get. The size and shape are useful, and they seal better than the other brands that I have tried. So far stuff has held up well in the freezer for several weeks at a time., the crisper drawer for at least as long as the food in it. In my composter, I cut up the used bags to help them break down faster. About two, two and a half weeks later the pieces were definitely fading and looking thin. At last check when I turned it, and this would be several weeks later, I saw no signs of the bag left.

These have been even better than expected. I noticed 1 review that said they ripped, but we have found them very sturdy and will definitely continue ordering them again.

Was very frustrated using ziplock bags, knowing they’re not good for the environment. These can be used more than once if used for storage of dry foods. The size is good. Really happy to have found this product to do my part to keep plastic out of landfills. Get both sizes!

Love the eco-friendly concept! However, the bags are a bit fragile and not the easiest to reuse. Price is a bit high, but still a step in the right direction.

We were just notified that we can no longer throw out food waste in the regular trash. We have to place it in our GREEN waste containers. Well, that is fine, since I only put weeds in there a couple of times a year. The issue is that you cannot put any plastic in this container so that means the flies, smell and such would start building up as well as the debris inside the container itself. I ordered these bags because these are allowed in the GREEN trash receptacle since they are compostable. So i put all of my food waste inside one, keep it in the fridge and add to it each day as needed. When i put my trash barrels out, I simply pull this green bag out of the fridge and drop it in the GREEN barrel. No flies, so smell and no extra debris. I'll use one a week or one every other week. They do come with a hefty price but well worth it to me. They have a slide zip lock which slides very easily and smoothly.

Great product but very pricy.

My son uses these bags daily for school snacks. They are durable and I love that they aren't plastic and I can compost them.
