Easy to install, strong and beautiful

This is the second time I’ve purchased this gazebo over the years. The first lasted 2 seasons. The metal structure was still soundly intact, however the canopy started sagging and eventually ripped, otherwise it would have lasted a lot longer. No option to order a replacement canopy, but given its affordability, I’m happy with the 2 seasons I got out of it and liked it so much, ordered the same one again. It’s a great, cheaper alternative to the $1,500 gazebos and it looks really nice. Keeps the furniture and cushions protected all season long and gives us shade when we are out on our deck using the pool all day. Definitely recommend!

Structurally thicker and better than other gazebos I've had and the top was thicker and better fit better and the parts for the Gazebo were easy to put together and I love the way they have the slide on the ends for the canopy so you could make it tighter or looser easier to put on I bought black very good except for one part was bent but otherwise good

Both the 10x10 on 1-6-24 & set it up on the 15th. Went together fairly easily. Suggest two person job. Overall quality of frame is very good. It will bolt down which is a big plus and also comes with stakes ground. I do have two concerns. The covering feels a little thin and the various strut pockets I am unsure of how long they will last. There is a lot of tension on them. I do have 1 big gripe. Amazon put the same unit on Prime Days sale the very next week without any notification. I could have saved an additional $20. I think that a lousy way to do business and I should at least have a credit.

I purchased off Amazon June of 2023. Received gazebo put it together and it was great! Seemed in line with other gazebos I purchased that I still have on my property that are 6 plus years old. The gazebo itself started rusting out after 6-7 months of use. It finally rusted out so bad that it started snapping off at weld points. The fabric is ok just faded at this point. So, the warranty on the frame is one year. I am well within my one year. I contacted the company via email. I have gone round and round with a customer service rep about a replacement. First, they wanted 150 to replace it, then a day later it was 140.00 We are now at 80 in shipping costs. Then I am back up to 100 because I didn't purchase direct from the company and they feel I should pay something to replace their faulty product. I have a bad feeling that the BBB will be contacted soon by myself. This is bad service, and the company should represent itself and replace my gazebo frame.I understand that they are not build for a long-lasting life. But less than 6 months is bs. ABC stand behind your products!!

Very Well Made and still in perfect condition even after a Hurricane!Also easy to put together =]

This product was easy to put up as well as providing great shade in the desert sun. The color is dark, but not dark enough to attract heat.

The media could not be loaded. This was a good option for the price so that I could have some shade over my hot tub. I managed to put it together myself but a second person would have been a big help. It took a while with just me. Added the sand bags to each leg and felt that it was sturdy enough and wouldn’t be an issue for the windier days in Florida. I had only had it up for just less than 45 days before Hurricane Ian showed up.I added tie down straps that attached to my hot tub. Those straps saved the canopy from becoming a giant flying rocket of metal. But the joint welds did not hold up to the winds. This north facing joint snapped at about 60 mph winds. One more side joint snapped later on in the evening. While I have been able to temporarily secure the joint I will have to order a new canopy.I would recommend this canopy even in Florida with our strong winds. This canopy held up for what be considered “normal” winds and a bit more. The canvas top never ripped. Make sure to secure the canopy with tie downs for safety purposes.

This was a great purchase, turned out better than expected. Nicely engineered, really easy to put together (almost one person job). You'll want to mild sandpaper the corners where the cover attaches, rubber/plastic protectors can be a be a little sharp.note: lower durability score, cuz we just got it. but seems it

Gazebo pieces were all tagged for easy to understand directions for assembly. In 2 hours we had it put together! The unit looks super - pieces fit well, are sturdy and the metal has a "hammered" effect. Also liked that it offered several colour choices for the coverings and the 8' x 8' size fits well on the deck. Good assortment of fasteners which also includes metal stakes for ground installation if desired. Happy to recommend this - looks great, well made and good value.

Bought for a family function. Cover is excellent. However, the frame itself is very poorly made. The solder snapped in 4 places whilst constructing. If we hadn't had a function where it was 100%needed on the day I would be returning. Thankfully my husband managed to use brackets and rivets to repair it. I'm worried it won't last long on a windy day. Very disappointing.EDIT 4/10/22 So today I have had to pay over £100 to have the entire thing welded back together. He said it was the most shoddiest work he'd ever seen. Everytime he welded a piece another would snap. Poor man ended up going around in circles!EDIT 01/11/22 one gust of wind and its in pieces.
