Came in a plain jane box.
Works like it should even under load. The fan is quiet even under load. But all in all time will tell if it will hold up to the test of time. Minus one star for coming in a plain jane box vs the box that was pictured.

Cheap fan
I bought this for a slim PC build. When I first powered on the computer the fans were making quite a bit of noise. It took me a bit to figure out that all the noise was coming from the power supply fan. I checked it out and since this is the only 400w power supply in its form factor, I decided it would be worth fixing the noise even if I voided the warranty. I popped the cover off the PSU and found that the fan was just a slim 80mm fan. I ordered one from CoolerMaster and spliced in the connection. The fan is quiet now and everything seems to work great. I’m just mad that I had to void my warranty just to get a product that doesn’t sound like a jet engine.
