Pre-Bagged Flagpole Halyard 40ft

Located on the west coast, bought in Sept14, had to replace by June15 because the outer sheath was blowing around the garden having rotted off from the sun. The inner core which was left holding the flags looked as though it could give up at any time.U V resistance is relevant for an outdoor product, they should note that it has very little.I don't enjoy re-threading my flagpoles, I would rather pay more and only do it once every three years or so.

Just what I needed for flag pole

Have gone through several flag pole ropes that wear out or break and con't hold up to the weather. This one falls into that catagory. Just like all the rest and over priced.I went to 3/16 cable and will never have to worry again.

Having purchased these in October 2014, I was disappointed to find the outer, woven covering turned to dust by April of 2015. The inner core looks alright as I write (August 2015) but I would have expected the product to last longer than 6 months. I will not buy this again.

A very poor quality line. It was completely shredded within three months, leaving me with a 30 foot flagpole that had the rope and the flag lying on the ground. Replacing it was an expensive job since I had to hire some men with a bucket truck to run the new line up through the top pulley. I definitely would not recommend purchase of this line.

The rope unraveled in the wind (literally came apart). Luckily there was an inner rope that stayed together. Made a mess in the yard. As the inner rope has held, I give it 3 stars.

Product shipped quickly, works like a charm on my existing flag pole.
