I received my jump rope on time...it was plenty long so I could adjust it to my height...I did something wrong securing the knots after adjusting and on the third time the rope went around, the knot de-knotted , and every yellow and black plastic piece jetted past my head and landed on the driveway, under the car and in the grass...yellow ones were easy to find and the black, not so much (just for the record, when jettisoned at high velocity, the black ones seem to travel a bit farther then the yellows)...I laughed at the explosion, but my wife and friend were watching and were out of control laughing...it's been one week and I still haven't found all the pieces and the two of them still laugh when the go near the driveway...as for the end result, I got the right amount of plastic pieces I needed and the correct length, retied the ends carefully, and have been using the rope ever since...it is working perfect...I like the extra weight the plastic brings as opposed to my speed rope...no problem with the product, I love the rope

*edited review* The best thing about this rope is it’s price. It is adjustable but it was tricky to get the end piece off so I almost gave up. Fortunately I found the tutorial video which stated that some are more difficult than others. You do not need scissors to cut the rope; it is tied in a slipknot. Simply re-tie the slipknot when you are finished adjusting and you can stuff the excess string inside the handle. The extra length is important because it may take you a few tries to get the length that you’re most comfortable with.

Well i wanted to love this jump rope and i did for the first 3 uses. During the 4th use at my local gym the handle came off and the plastic beads flew everywhere.

This is an amazing product for such a little bit of money. Not only is it durable and very well constructed but it also reminds me of high school. I'm 52 years old and this jump rope took me back to 1982. Now getting my waistline to match 1982 will be achievable by using the rope.

This is a great jump rope, and seems to be of good quality. The customer support from the seller has been great. I had a question about how to adjust the length and they responded quickly with a link to their website that had all the information I needed. I know its a quirky personal preference, but I always prefer having a written tutorial instead of a video tutorial. The website provided a comprehensive tutorial with screenshots of how to make the adjustment, as well as a video tutorial. The website had a lot of great information, and they also emailed me a nice guide for additional jump rope exercises. All in all, a great company that provides a lot of clear and useful support for their products.

Best jump rope I've ever seen. My kids love them! Great to do tricks with, 8-feet gives a little extra leeway for fun tricks and jumping with another person. Plus I bought 2, so they do double dutch and egg beaters together. Thank you for a great quality product and great service!!

I got the longer length just to make sure it wouldn't be short. I simply wrap the excess around my hand. The rope has a nice weight and it felt very comfortable the very first time I used it. Very happy with purchase. Definitely recommend.

The rope inside the handles doesn't twist to relieve the tension of the rope. I didn't realize this until the plastic segments started cracking as it got tighter on first use!
