I can't speak for everyone and don't plan on it but I would be surprised if these did not help anyone do anything short of what these pills say they can do, I'm a 22 year old male who makes enough money to keep an extra 60-90 pounds on him, so you can't think of what my diet was luckily I'm tall so the weight even out. I weighed 287.6 LBSI got my Complete Detox in the mail as it said it would come. Took mine at 1pm November 2 2016. December and I guess you could count some of my weight loss to my new job in construction but my system has never felt better I sleep better and I'm a gamer so all nighters are common I now weight 230 completely naked and I still can't give that weight loss completely to changing my diet but I didn't eat like a pig and saved a few bucks so I'd say it was worth it, I myself though being that I was bigger than the size these detox pill amount per day said to take I take 5, and I believe that helped I now feel better than I have in a long time and have ordered my second bottle to start taking after Christmas.As for the quality of pill I don't know too too much about what is in the did enough research on the ingredients to know they were at least legit and know in the weight loss community. They pills left no after taste or bad burps, your farts might clear a room depending on your diet though.I hope they work for whoever a taking them, I'm a few more away from a six pack here soon.

after reading all the reviews I decided to try the detox - I have never tried a detox before so have no others to compare to. The directions say to take 3 capsules in the morning or after lunch - the capsules are normal size and not too hard to swallow - within 30 minutes, you better have access to a bathroom - don't go to work or school for at least 4 to 5 hours because you will need to be by a toilet. - All the other reviews say it was easy, not harsh, made them regular - not the case for me. - after half a day of diarrhea, I didn't lose a single pound - not sure why. I chalk this up as day one and will go a few more days to see if it regulates my system and maybe at that time I will see weight loss - I have not gained more energy as so many say either. I am not saying the product won't work for others, I am saying, so far, it has not done anything for me that a laxative wouldn't do and for less money - Good Luck

Ive bought the compete detox a couple of times now and I really like it. To be honest I mostly use it for other things than a week long detox kind of thing. Ive found that this works really good for getting things moving for simple constipation. It just helps get things moving. Ive used it in conjunction with probiotics after antibiotics to improve overall gut health. This really helps bring down the yucky feeling after being on antibiotics for days. And most recently Ive being using it after surgery and infection. Ive been on a bunch of antibiotics and pain killers. My gut was feeling rough. Felt like I couldnt hardly eat and was super nauseous. Ive been taking complete detox again in conjunction with probiotics and Miralax for the last 2-3 days and I already feel so much better. Even with still being on antibiotics and pain pills. Ive also tried the PM version of the complete detox and I find that this one is far gentler on the body.

I used this product in conjunction with other detox and cleanse supplements. I am sleeping better, less fuzzy thoughts, less cravings, and lower appetite (was always hungry/snacky prior). I cannot say which product produced these results, but am pleased nonetheless. The formulation included all the supplements that I have read are best for full body detox. Other detox supplements are much more pricey, but this is just right.

While I’ve had no cramps or problems with this product, I can’t say it seems like it’s detoxing anything. No instructions on changing diet which surprised me considering it is supposed to be a whole body detox. It does however, seem to have an added benefit to reducing my appetite. Just not as hungry when taking them. No weight lose as others have suggested.

I took the pills as directed and let me tell you that a few hours later I got awful pains in my stomach and had to run to the bathroom. It has been 24 hours and I haven’t been able to eat anything since taking this as everything runs right through you. Not even water. But it works so 4 stars.

I would recommend this product to anyone having elimination issues. As a rule of thumb my family and I do a cleanse every six months! Great value for the money.

It is weird but I started felling crams in the stomach and have more bloating as I started taking the pills. I would, also, appreciate, to have any customer support and instructions for how many days I supposed to take the pills to have results.
