Nice quality - I like my chords presented with more though
I just wish the 1-3-5, -7, -b3, etc were also noted. Otherwise great. The poster paper has some textile base and seems really durable.

Great organized and easy to understand material.
OK, so yes there are a couple typos. But, anyone with education can see what those are. The canvas it's printed on is sturdy and overall it's very well made and organized. I wish they would have also included written pages of the information, which wouldn't add much to their production cost and would be very useful for me. I drag this thing around instead of putting it on the wall because I don't play only in one room or even one HOUSE! I even enjoyed pulling it out to study on an airplane! I also play Mandola and it's larger enough that I used a marker to show the alternative chord you are playing on the Mandola. I love this reference and would recommend it to anyone who would like a comprehensive understanding of the instrument and theory as it pertains to it. Enjoy!

Well thought out chart, and everything I need in one place.
The media could not be loaded. This is a well made, comprehensive, and easy-to-use practice and study chart.I really like the choice of material, and the printing is big, sharp, and easy to read from a distance. The matte finish of the vinyl canvas makes it glare-free, and it's also very sturdy. I was expecting it to be made out of paper, so the vinyl is a nice surprise. I also don't have to worry about tearing it, should I use double-faced tape for mounting and re-mounting.It is LARGE, and it doesn't fit a standard poster frame, but by folding the final quarter of it underneath, it sizes it down to fit a standard frame. There's just about everything an intermediate player or beginner could want here, and it's thoughtfully laid out for quick reference across the two different axes - diatonic chords vs key signatures. The addition of the scale modes and fingerings is a real bonus here. It's fast and handy. This chart is a winner for me. The quality of materials and the info is just what I need for quick reference when jumping from guitar to mandolin. From a personal standpoint, my main instrument is guitar, and I've just recently gotten back into playing mandolin. My teacher and mentor (a world-class master mandolinist) has been sharing information on chords, movability, transposition, etc., and it's been invaluable to my learning, and this chart lays it all out in one spot for me. I had a good grasp of basic music theory, but recently took a deep dive into studying 'jazz' chords (the 7ths, aug/dim, etc.) as well as how it all comes together for songwriting, chord embellishment, soloing, etc.Whether you're transitioning from guitar (or other, like ukulele) to mandolin, I think this chart is a perfect tool and study/reference guide. It has everything I need in one place - diatonic chords in every key/mode, movable scale patterns, and as I mentioned in the video, the all-important building blocks of triads and altered chords, i.e. HOW to form a chord in any key. THAT portion of the chart is an important reference for any musician - regardless of the instrument of choice.Overall, I'm really impressed with the attention to detail on this chart, and how well it's laid out for ease of use. There's a ton of books, online videos, etc. for guitarists, but finding 'all things mandolin' in one place is a real blessing for me (and a time saver). "Bravo" on this.

Even If You Don't Have Huge Wall Spot, Still Can Be Used
I have been so excited to learn mandolin that when I saw this chart, I ordered it. It did not occur to me that I do not have a huge wall space to post it. Could it still be used? YES!HOW THIS COMESThis comes in a nice heavy duty envelope which is shipped in a cello bag. That is important when you have it delivered if it is wet or snowing out.SIZEWhen this is folded up, it is the size of a large coffee table book. All sides are able to be read as you flip through it, but it takes some working for it.READABLE?This is very readable. It is easy to follow and read, even if you need reading glasses.FABRICThis is made on a very heavy gauge woven nylon type fabric. It is very stiff, and it comes with a cardboard if you have to keep it folded up between uses like I do. This is really impressive. I like how strong it is and that it is not paper- easily folded.DOES IT HELP?I am finding this VERY helpful. I like it a lot. I also like that I can work out trying to use it without posting it on the wall.THE BOTTOM LINEThis needs a large space on a wall if you want to post it. However, I can not use it on a wall and still find it useful and able to be read easily even when folded up.MY RATINGFIVE STARS. This is way nicer than I expected. I am glad I got it. I am very thankful I can still use it when folded up and not have to expand it totally to be able to read it.PHOTOSThis is a white poster. I had on a bright orange shirt when I took the photos and it reflected onto the poster.

Super sturdy- well made.
When I think "Laminated Poster" i think about paper that has been laminated in plastic on both sides. Traditional laminated posters do not like to be rolled up, or bent. Any crease in a traditional laminated poster is permanent. But this poster is printed on laminated cloth. It arrives folded in a flat square. When it unfolds, there are no permanent creases! And it's got a plastic coating on it, so marks wipe right off.I've never seen a poster made like this. The information on the poster is great it's well laid out and very useful for a beginning mandolin player. Also, the poster comes with an array of double-sided sticky dots that hold the poster to the wall without any trouble at all. The dots hold the poster securely and release it without taking paint off the wall.Top marks for this product. It's well thought out and goes the extra mile in design.

Four stars
I read this wrong and thought it was for the guitar, but it is for the mandolin. My son is a guitarist but this now gives him the chance to learn the mandolin as well!! The chart is great, really detailed with lots on it. This does hinder it slightly though as some of it is quite small and you need to be close up to see it clearly. The chart is very large though and is laminated so should last well.

Good if you have the wall space
This is good, but let down by poor English. However the main point of this is the chord diagrams and they are easy to read from a couple of metres. It is at beginner level, i.e. no inversions, but that is probably fine for most people who will use it. It is fairly strong, so I could see it lasting a few years.
