I really didn't like these
They slip all over the place. Yes they do work but the Metolius ball far outperforms these slippery silicone blobs

Great idea, works as intended, quality a little on the cheap side
I bought this to strengthen my extensors in my fingers, and the product works wonderfully. My only complaint is that the build quality is on the cheap side, and the finger holes develop slits and cracks pretty easily. I haven't torn one yet, but I expect they will soon. I had one develop a small crack on the first day of use.I would probably still buy it again, but be more careful, and I would strongly suggest they use more a more durable material.

Love the concept but if I'm going to pay about ...
These definitely do what they are intended do, but after using them for only about a week the rubber is starting to tear already. I wonder if this is a product defect or if its just really low quality materials. Love the concept but if I'm going to pay about $30 for rubber rings that probably cost a fraction to make, I would expect them to at least last for a while.

Great for climbers / tendinitis
The point of these is to help you build hand and finger power/strength as they work on the forearm, wrist, and finger extensor muscles. I use them to warm up and cool down when I'm climbing. I also briefly had tendinitis so I added this to my antagonist muscle workout. I recommend trying this product if you're looking at improving/preventing tendinitis since it helped me.They're also easy to carry around and come with a case. I've found myself using the Powerfingers in lecture or when I'm just walking around. If you're a climber, Sean McColl has videos showing some exercises on his Facebook page.I'm not sure the durability of these before they snap. I have been using them at least 3x a week for the past 2 months and they still look fine.EDIT/UPDATE - No tears in any of the bands even after almost 3 years of use as of Jan 2019. Been using them daily the past year because my tendinitis has flared up due to me being a trails worker/firefighter.

Most of mine broke in a couple weeks
The price to durability is very off, they tear really quickly. But would be a great product if they held up.

I finally have some power back in my fingers!
I bought myself a set of PowerFingers back in early February of this year (2019) and have been using them a 4-5 days a week since then. I have lost a lot of muscle mass in my body overall, and my forearm strength and hand dexterity are big concerns of mine. These discs look unassuming but really surprised me. At first it felt like I was passively using them but then the fatigue kicked in. Seriously, it was humbling...and motivating. I started focusing on exercising with them and using different disc combos. I am stronger after 5 weeks of using these for sure.Really like the plastic case that keeps the discs together (and clean!). It’s part of my routine now to toss them in my bag when I leave the house so I can pull them out wherever/whenever.Happy customer 😊

Not Quality
One of the bands broke after minimum use within a month. Very disappointed and I would be cautious with future purchases.

Nice stretch for the hands
I bought these to help with strengthening my muscles in my hand. They are quite a good tension releaser for the muscles. I quite enjoy using them, they now form part of my collection of foam rolling amd massage ball exercises.

Strengthen the antagonists!
I am a rock climber, and for a while I was struggling with a series of hand injuries and also my hand-strength had plateaued. By using these little beauties to strengthen the antagonists in my hand, not only have I rehabilitated and avoided more injuries, but my hand-strength is also steadily improving too. Well recommended!
