I ordered three baskets. The basket sent to me has the following issues:- misaligned chicken wire attached to the rails,- the chicken wire bulges on the bottom so the unit rocks when sitting- the joints where the rails connect to the end pieces are wider than the rail pieces.The basket sent to my sister has more serious issues including:- basket totally misaligned.The third basket was barely of acceptable quality.When I brought the problems to the attention to one of the "owners", I was told I shouldn't expect perfection, there are no refunds and no more are going to be made.

I am all for supporting small businesses. But when I received this trug as a gift, I was very disappointed. I had hoped to use it in the garden off-season as a decorative item in my home, but it came crooked. You can tell from the attached photos that one side piece that holds the handle was put on crooked. In addition, when it sits on a flat surface, one side is higher than the other giving the trug a wonky look. When the seller was contacted, their response was that they didn't expect us to want "perfection" and that they no longer have the pieces on hand to make new ones. For $85 I do expect a polished-looking hand made product... one that is scrutinized before sending out. I, myself, do exactly that when I handcraft handbags. Sadly, I cannot recommend this product because of the high cost and the lack of care that went into making it.

This was a gift. I was really pleased with the quality and craftsmanship of this item, as well as the customer service of this seller. Love it!
