This is almost perfect for us -- well made good/safe materials. Note: we do not put wet/liquid foods in it so I cannot speak to the leakproof-ness. We use this purely for our Pre-K "snack time" lunch. While some may find this box to be too small for kids older than 4-5, its great for younger. The stainless steel compartments are nicely portioned if you want to include riceballs, fruits, veggies or half a sammy, etc.The reason this doesn't get 5 stars for us is the lid. It is easy for little ones to open it - unclip the sides and lift. It is too challenging for kids to replace the top - the lid has to line up exactly to snap down and for a pre-k kid that wants to do everything themselves, its frustrating. The lid is oval and doesn't have guides to close so it is often askew and takes small technical moves of someone older to close it properly. It is not an issue with us so we are keeping them and loving them but I could see other people being frustrated if their kids didn't finish lunch and weren't able to close the lid... food all over.Cleaning: It is easy to clean (for us at least) lid doesn't have any rubber lining to remove which is nice! The next layer is a white lid with space enough between to place cutlery/napkin, then the stainless steel food compartment which lifts out. All very simple to clean and put back together.

Got this box for my 20 month old for day care. She gets very excited seeing it and loves it.

Good but doesn’t last long.

It’s good for preschool kids with multiple compartments but the side clips broke very quickly after 2 months use.

Lightweight but it’s hard for kids 7 below to use it

Not very durable. It doesn’t close anymore and I can’t return it because it’s passed the return date. These things are not cheap so I really disappointed I will have to buy another one.

It’s for toddlers boys but the portion is way too small & It’s covered in cats. Truly reminds me of a pet dish, it’s Durable however it doesn’t offer much for that price, utensils should’ve been included at the Least.

Did not keep food warm long enough, it stayed warm for about 1 hour. I loved the separate compartments however it’s of no use of if it doesn’t keep the food warm. The search continues for a thermal lunch box with separate compartments.
