You may need a safety socket?..
Looks very nice.. We used a separate safety socket to plug into inside the hood. That prevents steam getting into the plug. .

It's okay
I am using the recirculation function with filters.The filters when changed show they are working, that there is an amount of oil extracted by the filters.In daily use however, it doesn't remove the cloud of oil droplets when I fry, and this eventually spreads to the rest of house, when I'm cooking meats especially. Like bacon in the morning or steak or even a veg stir fry but especially meats.I think the performance would improve if I installed a vent tube to the outside but it seems a complicated job at the moment.Also the 3 power settings of suction don't seem to make a difference, I keep it on max when I use it.The light is nice and gives me a good focus on top of my hobs when cooking.Overall an OK product that can be much better. Value wise I'm not sure because I haven't used a similar product from other more reputable brands.
