Like a white paste but light and easy to wash off

Q: Could it be used for dog skin elbows?

I wouldn’t, I’m not sure if there is anything that could harm a dog if they lick it. There are balm products on Amazon for dogs paws, elbows and noses to help with dry skin that work well and are safe. Search dog paw balm!
