It's that time of year again when we think about making changes. One of the most popular is getting in shape. How about using the Waygan Resistance Band Set. I have tested it and I like it.It comes with a nice storage bag for all the bands and other attachments. You get 5 colors bands and attachments for your arms and legs. The hooks are made very strong. I also Like the rubber I think it will last awhile. It shipped very fast. The only thing I didn't like is there are no instructions.

The product came on time. Its quality looks good. I've used it a few times. I wish that the door anchor would have a metalic ring to attach the exercise bands (like the one on the ankle straps) instead of how it is currently done (to the fabric band). I am satisfied though. Thank you.

I am completely satisfied by the performance of this set of bands. The handles are of very good quality and the bands do what they're meant to do.One of the features I like best is that several bands can be connected to the set of handles so as to increase the resistance. If using two isn't enough, use three. Mix the colors for even more resistance flexibility.This is certainly a great value and I highly recommend these bands for anyone looking to have a quick and efficient workout, anywhere in the house!

I love it. I wish there was a instruction booklet or something that shows other types of exercise that could be done also.
