I had this installed in less than 20 minutes. It's sturdy and works great. The sleek design goes well with my new automated faucet too. Highly recommend the WENKEN Soap Dispenser.

I really like it. There is only one problem. Dispenser is a little bit short and can leave spills on the sink wall. Otherwise it is the best dispenser I ever had. Under-priced for the materials used.

Easy to install and I love the feel of the wide pump. However, I noticed prices of black paint chipping off while washing my hands. It has peeled along the bottom side and I am super disappointed. I still love the design but the flaw is in the material as it seems the hand soap erodes the paint.

The install was okay, the product is not of good quality.

You. Manufacturer. How long have you been making this? And you still can’t figure out how to make it not leak? You know, other company’s have conquered this monumental task.People, potential buyers: it looks good. That’s why I bought 1 more, hoping for the best, after the leaking predecessor just became ridiculous. But right out of the box, brand new one, leaking again.So you will invest your hard earned money on this disfunctional product, and the gallons of soap that’ll leak from it and that you’ll have to clean up. Over, and over, and over again.

Update (3/14/22): So, not even after a year I bought this (bought this in APR 2021), the soap dispenser started to leak soap around the sides instead of coming out of the dispenser hole like it is supposed to. Makes a huge mess everytime someone tries to pump some dish soap.Losing 1 star (to 3 stars). Despite the heavy construction of the material, this stopped working properly in less than a year. Looking at alternative makers of soap dispensers now...===============Looks great, feels heavy and high quality, but what's with the very tiny dispensing? I have to pump about 3 times at least to get some decent soap out of this when I am handwashing my dishes.....Pretty aggravating, but aside from that issue, this one is solid and looks great with your brushed nickel kitchen fixtures.

Solid metal, not plastic. (like most out there) Sturdy and strong, heavy weight, small and compact with modern look. Pump is smooth.

[UPDATED] I was contacted by Sue and have included the entirety of the email below.Yesterday was a rough day, we lost a friend in a tragic accident, my chronic illness was acting up and other things went wrong. At 12:09 a.m. I got the email from Sue and had to chuckle. While my emotions are a mess and am in incredible pain I can say I "beat the pump slightly" with NO success to the pump, but do I feel invigorated.Still won't work with an extension tube and I will still be looking for a replacement. I chose this one and it will NOT pump whatsoever (we pumped and primed for almost 10 minutes) with the extension hose kit. The only way we could get any soap to dispense is putting it in the little soap dispenser. Save your money and look elsewhere if you use the extension hose. I wouldn't recommend at all.

The style of this soap dispenser is different from the typical style which gives it uniqueness. Simple to install through a standard 1-3/8" drill hole through the countertop or sink flange. Seems to go well with other stainless fixtures, and functions well so far. Very recently installed.

I really like the dispenser. You need to make sure you calculate the distance between your countertop and sink. its is bit short for granite countertop so some of the soap drips on the counter. The reason for 4 stars.

Unit quit working after 30 days No response from seller. Very dissatisfied with reliability The unit was a perfect style match and it was a breeze to change out. Also the bottle was larger than original one. Came with a seal walker top and bottom. Base part could have been thicker but for the price great. Was sturdy and should last for years. The client was very pleased with design and said it was easier to use than the one that was in the counter for last 8 years.Client is not happy that it did not last. Please put me in touch with seller or replace.

Pricing is excellent for something nicer looking than what Lowe's offered at double the price. Works very well.

It is very weak as far as the..pump..action.. and does not squirt out enough soap for me. It may not last long at my sink, but will see. The ad states warranty however you cannot contact the seller for service and support.WISH I COULD CONTACT THE SELLER THROUGH SUPPORT FOR WARRANTY!
