The thoughts in the mind are in fact addictive, they are constantly repeated but they are not intelligent, they are the tired negativity that is repeated. Like a broken record, just as you easily become addicted to those thoughts, so your mind will become addicted to more effective and useful thoughts, only if you offer them those thoughts. This process is difficult and this book will help you along the way as it helped me only in 2 months. Now with my positive thinking and feeling of loving myself and other people, everything is easier. This book was like short-term pills for me and I learned that we don’t need psychiatric drugs to feel better. When you read this, you’re either reading from a place of helplessness or a place of fatigue. I'm just halfway through and I'm completely blown at how the author really seems to understand just what mental bind I've been stuck in and the easy, efficient, safe ways of thinking to unlock me from that bind. The information presented in this book is basic knowledge and should be learned by anyone who is interested in achieving success and improvement in life. This book will help you to use the divine forces and fill your life with spirituality, health, peace, wealth and prosperity. After studying you will take things in stride and try not to focus too much on the problem. You voluntarily (consciously) respect yourself and subconsciously take command and create a respectable personality for you. This book Providing practical solutions for some days will help you to get rid of negative thoughts and your perfectionist habits and achieve peace. “The Art of Positive Thinking” book provides an honest and new approach to addressing your feelings and creating a deep sense of personal worth. It also offers a path to reconciliation and acceptance, which, if achieved, will improve other relationships. The solutions presented in the book are nothing more than what our mystics have pointed out, but today's busy and competitive life, which has alienated man from day to day, has caused people to deviate from these facts. In this book, solutions are presented in simple language and with completely tangible and understandable examples, so it can provide a step towards the reconciliation of modern human beings with ourselves.I cannot recommend this book enough!

Beautiful treasure
This book is a beautiful treasure! I had no idea about this information and never read it anywhere else. When I and my mom were sitting together and reading the pages of this book, we couldn't think about other things! Because day by day we were doing the tasks which were mentioned in the book and implementing the skills that we learned during each chapter. The results were amazing! At first, I could sleep at nights better and didn’t need any pills to take before bed. Then I started thinking about only good things from the morning till night. I learned how to love myself and my body. This book will teach you the importance of positive thinking and achieving their dreams. Body and mind are interdependent. You must have noticed that on days when you are happy and smiling from the bottom of your heart, you feel healthy and your skin glows, but when you are sad and depressed, your body feels weak and you may even get sick. Therefore, when you have a healthy body, your mind is at peace. The book is based on years of teaching, research and experience on many people and after achieving brilliant results in changing the quality of life and achieving dreams and peace in a practical and simple language. It is enough to believe, want and move to try and grow to achieve your desires with small but continuous tasks. This book breaks it down into realistic, simple to follow, small steps. On almost every page, I underlined something. It tells us that scripture says that we are to keep our thoughts captive and that we have a choice in how and what we do. remember that reading this book may just take 3-4 days but what matters is to re-read the stuff and skills and repeat them daily. The results are amazing and all my family members decided to own a copy of this book. For those who need it, this is not a substitution for counselling, medicine, etc., but our emotions play a significant role in how we feel and think, and by improving our mindset, we will start climbing out of the darkness. So, frankly, about this book, I can't say enough positive things. It hits the root of our challenges in life, what we believe, how our actions and relationships are influenced, and how our thinking can be modified.

Good book
I would recommend this book to anyone who would like to "find" themselves once again and take the journey back to happiness. It's not an easy road but I think if you apply the steps given in this book and get out of your comfort zone it will be truly helpful.
