Bought this for travelling. Fits perfectly above my laptop into the top of the front section of the Samsonite Pro 4 DLX Mobile Office so hardly takes up any space. I am now using it at home in addition to Physical Therapy and just love the results. I personally prefer it to the 6" rollers and am currently looking for a 36 x 4. Apparently these rollers only last 6 months so purchasing another as a backup. Cannot imagine life without it. I find it works really well for my lower back and find it easier to roll all the way down my butt. The travel version is also great if you have tight muscles in your neck as you can put it between your neck and the wall and press against it to release the muscle. I tried this after finding that it worked for sciatica by once again placing it between the wall and my waist and moving down.

Yup definitely a piece of high density Foam Roller just like what the title says. Very light. I wasn't very pleased with my purchase as this is a very expensive piece of foam and very high density meaning very hard. I had intended to use it for my back but it was so hard that I couldn't use it that way and was going to return it. Then my suboccipital neck muscles acted up whenever I am under stress. Yes I had to look up the suboccipital neck muscles as they have been acting up every now and then and there is very little I can do once the pain starts and I get suboccipital neck muscles headaches. Then I remember having this high density foam roller that I was thinking of returning. I placed it under my neck while lying down on the bed so the bed cushions the hard foam. I found that I could roll my neck around on the foam creating a deep massage or just hold my neck at a certain position for the high density foam roller to penetrate my neck muscles. I spent about ten minutes giving my neck a deep massage using just the weight of my head. headache gone. After finding one major use for the foam roller, I tried inserting the foam roller behind my "Fellows Professional Series Back Support" to give it a higher arch and that did the trick. The arch was just right to support my back. Now that I found a purpose for the foam roller it has become a priceless tool for fighting pain in my old age. Not only am I keeping the very expensive foam, I am giving it a 5 star review for providing the relief that I have been looking for and this search has been more than 4 decades.

For me, too stiff and hard for use as a back roller (i.e. it hurts ...). It would be appropriate for calves, IT bands, hamstrings. I was trying to find a roller that would be good for travel. Size and weight wise it hit the mark, just to hard/stiff for my purposes.

Seems well made and works as expected.

Por el precio me daba cuenta que no sería de buena calidad. La espuma parece que se desprenderá fácilmente sin embargo cumple con la función y el tamaño es bueno
