My favourite tea
I livye Clipper Tea and after finding my usual Darjeeling was too strong health-wise, I switched to Clipper Earl Grey.The packaging design is beautiful, with some lovely use of fonts. I always admire the packaging.The teabags are filled with a delicious blend of black tea and genuine bergamot oil .The tea brews quite strong and very flavourful.It's delicious with milk or lemon.One teabag us enough for a large mug, or two teacupsThe tea is organic and the bags are biodegradable. This is such a plus! Many teabags contain plastics I am sorry to say.I think that if you like tea you will enjoy this wonderful and reasonably priced tea.There are no cons ...It's just perfect.

affordable, good flavour
If you like earl grey but find twinings a tad too expensive these you may like me really like this. My son is incredibly fussy, so he prefers to pay more but, I think this is really very good tea myself.

Good Teabags, climate pledge is a farce though
My favourite cup of tea, brews well however packaging quality has dropped since this climate friendly packaging has come in. The biggest issue is the unbleached teabags have a really weak structure and some were ripped, probably on the production line.They did come in a brown plastic like bag in the box, which is better than nothing as previous reviews have stated so they were fresh.Ultimately this virtue packaging compromises quality and reputation. There are far worse out there to be rid of than strong packaging.

Awful
I love Earl Grey Tea !From the scent of Bergamot when I open a new box of teabags, to the first sip after I've brewed my cuppa, so I was very disappointed to open my new box of Clipper Earl Grey tea bags this morning, & the only 'fragrance' was a regular tea smell - albeit strangely musty and insipid !I decided to brew up in case it made a difference, but the taste of my cuppa was absolutely dreadful. It's not 'just' the fact that there is no scent or taste of Bergamot, it's not even palatable enough to drink as a regular cup of ordinary tea.These are going straight in the bin - I'm gutted as I bought two boxes ! !Off to the Co-op now to buy my regular delicious Twinings Earl Grey tea bags !
