The media could not be loaded. We opened the parcel today only and found the cokker is damaged. please do the needful.

Started Cracking Within 2 Months – Poor Durability
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this utensil just two months ago, and despite only using it for regular cooking, it has already started to crack and break in a few places. I expected much better durability, especially for the price. The product looked sturdy in the listing, but the actual build quality is disappointing. Sadly, there’s no warranty or return option available now. Not worth the money quite disappointed.

Developed Crack
When I purchased this I was very happy with the same. Material was heavy steel but it lasted hardly a year or little more. Now I am disappointed as it has developed Crack 😞. This was unexpected as many other stainless steel items are still in good condition.
