I am starting my 2nd bottle, I didn't expect a miracle pill, but I do believe this is helping with mid morning energy and appetite. I very slowly losing weight and need all the help I can get.

Pills didn't do anything. No energy at ALL! I'm a real active person and have tried products like oxyelite and many other brands but this is by far the worst one I tried.

I started taking Metabolic Plus with added Energy, from Britten Nutrition with the hopes that it would aid in my weightloss endeavors.On the bottles label it says that it is a new formula and it contains 9 active ingredients. Those ingredients are Kelp (leaf), Green Tea (leaf) Extract, Raspberry Ketones, Caffeine, Acai (berry), Apple Cider Vinegar, African Mango (Seed), Grapefruit, and Resveratrol Extract. There's 1200 mg of the propriety blend per serving and a serving size is 2 capsules. And there are 60 capsules per bottle. The suggested use is to take 2 capsules daily with food. When my bottle of Metabolic Plus first arrived I was slightly concerned that they did contain caffeine, and it doesn't say how much caffeine is in each serving. I absolutely hate to get that jittery feeling that some supplements containing caffeine can give you. But I went ahead and gave these a try and I was pleasantly surprised because I never felt the slightest bit nervous or jittery. Instead they just boosted my energy level very naturally, unlike some supplements that after you take them your energy is through the roof and then a couple of hours later you just crash and burn. NOT what I'm looking for in a dietary supplement. I also like that the Metabolic Plus does not contain yeast, corn, wheat, soy, gluten, milk, salt, sugar, preservatives or artifical color. And they work for both men and women. Now, I have lost a couple of lbs this past week or so but I really can't say for sure if it's from taking Metabolic Plus or because I have been exercising and really watching what I eat, or maybe it's a combination of all three. I do know that what I'm doing at this point is working for me. So I'm going to continue taking them and see what the future holds. I will give an update after taking them for a few more weeks.
