Innoshine B570 Stainless Steel Cleaner & Rust Remover 8.45 ounces

First off this product works which I will get to in a moment. However it is very misleading to call this a completely safe product, and to say this is organic which confuses people and makes you think you are using an all natural safe product. Please look at the warning label of the image that I uploaded. The only reason I even bothered to read this is after the fact, when seeing how well it worked, I knew this had to be a very strong product. This is an acid! Please if you have children keep this safely locked up and I suggest the manufacturer's put a stronger warning label and child safety cap on it. Thankfully I applied this with rubber gloves before I knew what this was. Now I don't mind using a more dangerous product if it'll get the job done. I use products like Easy Off and Drano too, I just want to be warned.Now for the actual results. I left this on my stainless steel appliances for ten minutes, came back later and it came off easily with a mild scrubbie sponge. It worked so well I tried it on the glass doors of my oven and the grease buildup by the stove fan. It worked amazingly! My kitchen is sparkling now and those were always impossible to clean!

Elbow grease and this stuff removed massive amounts of rust. Bottles are small tho. Want to try another product before using this again but it did remove 95% of the rust off of an old 1986 wolf stove I'm refurbishing. It's that 5% that can drive you mad tho

I had rust stains on my newish dishwasher door and bottom freezer section of my fridge, maybe because I live near the coast. I first applied the cleaner with a regular damp sponge to the dishwasher, waited one minute, wiped vigorously, and no improvement. I was mad. Then I went through the same process with the fridge. Again, nothing. So I went back to the dishwasher, applied some more product, wiped with the sponge, and saw a small improvement. Lightbulb. I switched to a plastic scrubber sponge, applied more product, and voila! Streaks started disappearing with repeated scrubbing. Ditto with the fridge. Then I wiped both appliances clean with warm, wet paper towels. Both look perfect! The entire process took about 25 minutes. I think what helped is to use a plastic scrubber sponge after the cleaner has soaked into the rust. Also, use the cleaner liberally. I repeated this process about 3X, alternating between my 2 appliances. I don't see any scratches or abrasive marks. I'm very happy!

I'm not holding the product responsible for its inability to remove the rust from my stainless steel refrigerator because I have tried several products and nothing has worked. I unsuccessfully removed the rust specs after five tries. The area without rust looked spotlessly cleaned though.

It didn't work.

The product was delivered in a plain plastic bottle with no label or instructions. I have no idea if the product is the correct item that I ordered. Am returning

Much like the other reviews, I tried multiple cleaning techniques before buying this tiny, but pricey bottle. The day it arrived applied it. I placed the cleaner on a microfiber cloth and just gently covered my entire fridge. I thought the scrubbing would come in after the five minute wait time. I started to wipe off the creamy cleaner and the small water drops I could NEVER get off were gone!!! I had three rust spots on the side of the fridge that I came to just live with. Well those required just a little scrubbing, little as in 10secs and they were gone too! Fridge looks brand new again. It took up maybe 1/4 of the bottle to do the full fridge. Excited to try on our outdoor bbq grill.

This is an updated review:I’m just gonna come out and say it. My refrigerator was scratched solely due to user error and had nothing to do with this product. My technique was aggressive, and I’ll admit, I’m an amateur at stainless steel appliance cleaning. I just tried this product on my other appliances (dishwasher and oven) and it worked so beautifully, with 0 scratches! This product should work perfectly for people with common sense, I apologize for blaming it for my own shortcomings.Old Review: Does not work very well and it left scratch marks on my refrigerator! My refrigerator was not very rusty to begin with and it did not lift all of the rust, even after reapplying 3 times.
