Can it be used in shower?

Can you buy just the suction cup? I have this in the mirror is fine but the suction cup won’t stick to the mirror anymore.

Can you use it without the flexible extension? ie) Attach mirror directly to suction cup.

Yes! There are other brands (and maybe this brand) available without the extension. I've bought a few in the past that attach directly to mirror. Do an amazon search to find the ones that are in stock now. Good luck.
