This is a great guide for anyone even beginning to think about selling their home. It’s easy to follow and organized into chapters starting with repairs that will help you sell your home, to the most beneficial home updates. There’s a great chapter on how to depersonalize and declutter. I love that the author calls it “reduce and simplify” and she motivated me to remove half of what I had on my open shelves and pack it away. The book is filled with tips on how to fit staging your home into even a busy person’s life, how to avoid overwhelm and some great practical tips on how to live in your home while it’s on the market. This would be an awesome gift for anyone in your life that’s going to be selling their home.

I wish the BEFORE pictures were not so dark. I can hardly make out what is being photographed.
