I made the mistake of baking breakfast egg muffins in my metal muffin pan and let me tell you, that pan has never been the same. The muffins stuck, broke apart and just became a huge mess. I was determined to figure out how to make these muffins work and that's where this silicone pan comes into play. The second I got the pan I popped a batch in the oven and was amazed at how they turned out. Not only did they bake evenly, they popped right out without sticking or crumbling. The size of the cups is perfect, not too small, but with just enough room to let the muffins rise and expand. I am so impressed with this pan I plan on purchasing another. I did receive this item at a discount in exchange for an honest review and that is exactly what I've given. I am so so happy to have found this pan and plan on using it often.

I bought this because I love the silicone cupcake cups. I thought it would work similar. But I have tried several different times and ways and everytime my muffins/cupcakes stick and fall apart. So I’m done with it. I will just stick to my mini muffin cups.

I unfortunately missed the return window. I never used the product but it it already completely destroyed!!! The plastic melted by just keeping it in the compartment underneath the oven. I saw that it bent and lost color while I was preheating the oven to bake muffins and when cooled down the plastic remained cracked. I do not use the oven often and the muffin tray was completely destroyed by sitting close to the oven which was in use maybe twice. I do not recommend buying!

I made pineapple upside-down muffins yesterday and WOW, usually this is a messy production which is why I was so anxious to try this in the silicone muffin pans. So after baking and cooling I take a spatula, rounding the muffin pan in the hopes to pop/pull out a perfect muffin with goodies in tact. This rarely happens with metal pans, but I had no problem 12 out of 12 times with the silicone.The only thing I had any issue with was putting the silicone muffin pan in the oven and removing it, due to the flexibility of the silicone. So i still used a cookie sheet under the silicone but I had no mess to clean up on the cookie sheet. The silicone pan was so easy to clean, and I just can't say enough good things about this. Another thing I noticed was how quickly the pan cooled, thus allowing the food to cool very easily and quickly.**I received this product at a discount/free in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion. This is just what I wanted. I make soap, and wanted more uniform and hand sized silicon molds as they are my favorites to use. I got this after my metal ones kept rusting. I love that this is dishwasher and microwave safe. I still use cooking spray so food won't stick.
