One suction cup seems old and molded. It doesn’t stick very well and falls off. Other two appear to be in better shape. Overall just a little cheap but will do for bath and play once cleaned.

The actual sturdiness of the toy is great, they spin, they jingle or rattle or make noise, the not so good part are the suction cups. They don’t suck or stay up at all!! Which is most of the intended purpose. I have mix feelings about it. I bought them for the suction purpose which doesn’t work, but the toys are cute and they spin
