Deep Tissue Relief Everywhere, Incredible Value and Real Heat That Works
I am genuinely impressed with this massager. I use it far beyond just my neck, including my feet, calves, piriformis, glutes, neck, and lumbar area, and it works exceptionally well on all of them. The kneading pressure is strong and consistent, and it reaches deep tissue areas that are hard to target without professional massage. The heat feature works exactly as it should. I am honestly not sure why there are negative reviews about the heat, because mine warms up fully within about 7 to 8 minutes and provides deep, soothing heat that noticeably relaxes tight muscles. It is not instant heat, but once it reaches temperature, it is very effective. The price is phenomenal for what you get. This feels like a much more expensive device, and the quality has exceeded my expectations. I appreciate the versatility and how easy it is to reposition for different muscle groups. Overall, this has been a fantastic purchase and has become part of my regular pain relief and muscle recovery routine. I would absolutely recommend it.

Effective, durable, convinient, not expensive
Great product and great Customer support! I wanted to make sure it was compatible with 220-240 voltage so it can be used where i live (Israel), and they replied fast and confirmed it can be used with 220-240 voltage. About the massage itself - it gets the job done and the massage balls go pretty deep into the neck so its effective. We still use it from time to time for about 3 years now, so its quite durable. I assume it has to do with the fact that i wanted an electric corded massager, and not a portable one, because the batteries always have much shorter lifespan than corded electric products, so if you are debating between corded and portable massager, definitely go for the corded, if lack of portability is not an issue. In summary - definitely worth the money, and its not an expensive massager anyway.

It works, but won't beat a pro massage obviously.
I like all of the settings this offers. I feel like the massagers could be further apart though. The weight of it isn't bad, but it does feel a little bulky and difficult to control, if you're not holding it in place or propping it against something, it shifts easily. The quality of the massage is fine once you manage to get it in place. It has worked out knots that I couldn't do on my own which definitely helped with the pain I felt, the heat settings definitely helped and never feel too hot or too cool. Overall I'm impressed with this, I thought it would be something I bought and ended up never using, but it really does help with pain relief...especially since there aren't many medications I care to put in my body. :)

Great massage
Excellent for neck, upper back and shoulder tightness! Good pressure and heat makes it even better. Also, very easy to use.

Help with tension headaches
I’ve been having really bad upper back/neck tension after my 13-hour shifts as an ICU nurse. Which is causing horrible tension headaches when I wake up the following morning. I’ve used this several nights before bed on neck/between shoulder blades with the heat on and my sleep has been so much better, with far less of a headache the next day. The knots in my back are far fewer already. I’d get a massage every day if I could, but this feels just like one. It has a pretty long cord. It is a bit noisy but I wear noise-canceling headphones while using it so it’s not that big a deal for me. I hope this device holds up for some time!

I Have Voluntarily Surrendered to My New Robot Overlord
Listen, I didn’t buy a massage pillow; I bought a 16-fingered mechanical assassin whose only mission is to hunt down and destroy the knots in my shoulders. And let me tell you, business is booming. The Good, The Great, and The "Oh My Stars" The 16 Nodes of Doom: These things don't just "knead"; they perform a deep-tissue interrogation on my muscles until they admit they were being too tight. It’s like having a very strong, very silent professional masseuse living in my couch, but I don't have to make awkward small talk about their weekend. The Heat (The Sweet 113°F): This thing gets warmer than my coffee after I’ve forgotten about it for twenty minutes. It’s the perfect temperature—not "burning building," but definitely "tropical vacation for my neck." The "Arm Stirrups": I love the long straps. I can pull down on them to increase the pressure until I can see into the future. It’s a great workout for my arms while my neck is getting the spa treatment. A Few "Reality Checks" The Cord Situation: Yes, it’s NOT CORDLESS. If you try to walk away while wearing this, you will be yanked back like a dog on a short leash. But honestly? In this economy, being tethered to a wall is probably the safest place for me to be. It keeps me from doing chores. "Sorry, honey, I'd love to do the dishes, but the Nekteck says I'm grounded." The Auto-Shutoff: It turns off after 15 minutes. This is a safety feature, but it feels like a personal rejection. Every time it stops, I have to go through a brief period of mourning before I hit the button again. Verdict If you carry your stress in your shoulders like a backpack full of bricks, buy this. It’s FSA/HSA eligible, which means the government basically wants you to be relaxed. It’s the best "White Elephant" gift you could ever give—if you’re okay with your friends fighting to the death over it in your living room. Summary: My neck feels like butter. My soul is at peace. My mobility is limited to a 6-foot radius from the outlet. 10/10 would be held hostage by this cord again.

Clunky and awkward to use
As someone who has inflammation of the cervical spine area from years of tech neck and bad posture, I suffer from a sore neck frequently. I am always on the lookout for relief. I mainly just use OTC medications and stretching exercises with an occasional neck heating pad. My neck pain isn't bad, but it is there and can sometimes cause a bad headache. I came across this shiatsu massager and it looked intriguing. I purchased a shiatsu foot massager (different brand) for the hubs about five years ago and he loves it. That thing is still going strong. I pulled the trigger on this and tried it out a few times. Here are my observations: It is powerful, and the shiatsu massage discs are sturdy. They help to work out the knots in your neck. This can also be used on other areas like the lumbar spine. It is quiet and emits a low humming noise. It is difficult to position in the area you want just right. If you move, the unit will slide down or move and then you may need to get out of it to re-position it. The arm hole things are kind of awkward and a little too high. When putting my hands through them I kind of felt like a kangaroo. This runs on a charger, so you will need to be near an outlet to use it. The power connector easily comes apart if you move, so you then have to get out of the kangaroo harness and re-attach the power supply. The massaging action was a little too rough for me, I prefer a gentler massage. In summary, this didn't work for me as it was not that easy to use and requires maneuvering to get in the right position with the thing, and then not move at all. It is bulky, so it requires storage when not using it, because it doesn't look great just laying around the house. I could see the vinyl on this wearing off over time, and I am not a fan of this type of material. A sturdy removeable fabric sleeve makes more sense to me. I suppose I will continue to rely on light stretching as that works as well and doesn't require any equipment. I wouldn't recommend this unless you are desperate for pain or soreness relief and don't mind a little wrangling to get it.

Muscle relief
Good product. It does get HOT when the heat button is chosen, and a little louder than I expected, but overall gets the job done.
