Arthur Rackham Masterpieces of Art

A+++ Arthur Rackham has long been my favorite illustrator, and I wanted the best copy I could find of this collection for my granddaughter (the art major.). This was a it. Thank you.

I finally got the book I expected, great condition & illustrations. Good binding and paper quality. Foot notes on every plate/illustration very interesting and entertaining.

Excellent book. Text is well done. Illustrations are very nicely produced.

You will learn from a genius art master after purchase of this.

Very nice little series of compact art books--I already own a couple of their other titles. Very heavy on the illustrations, which are high-quality, crisp and quite colorful. Not overladen with text, but what there is is informative. These volumes make a pretty good introductory tool to the various artists covered and are certainly worth the price.

I have not seen this book. Sent it to my adult daughter who fell in love with Arthur Rackham as a child. She now has 2 girls of her own and loved the book and couldn't stop showing her girls the pictures. Their ages are 7 and 11. Highly recommended for a coffee table book to hang around for children and adults to pick up and dream.

I adore Arthur Rackham’s work and this book does include many images of his works, but if you’re looking for a large amount perhaps go for a bigger book.A few pages at the front include information about Rackham and his early life, and although it was interesting I felt like many parts were unnecessary.But all in all, seeing Rackham’s work delights me and I wanted to add a book to my collection which included his illustrations, and I did get that for quite a good price. I was also very happy to see quite a few were his illustrations for Alice in Wonderland which are my favourite, as well as The Wind In The Willows
