I normally wear 9.5 I bought the Mens 9/10. The foot size was slightly too large, but the ankle was extremely too tight. I couldn’t even pull the boot on. They were unwearable. I returned them.

Boots arrived and are as described. Can't beat the price. In my opinion it may be best to use with thick socks instead of getting a tight fit.
