Con: you can kind of see the outline of the inside of the candle when it's lit up. Otherwise I love these battery operated candles! They are perfect for holders that have color to them. I don't know how well they will look in a clear votive holder. The cool thing is they can be decorated with ribbon to make them look really cute!PRO: lots of candles for an amazing price, they are super bright and they come with batteries already installed! I will be using these so much this holiday season and basically all year round! Wrap some ribbon around these cute little candles and they can stand alone without a holder!These votive tealight battery operated candles are really need and it's really good deal for as many as you get! They even have the Flickr feature to make it look more like a real candle! They are very bright! It would be great if they were more of a soft glow but they are still really neat and like I said a great deal awesome price! They came with batteries already placed inside which is a huge Plus! I do recommend purchasing these, they say they are tea lights but they are kind of in between a tea light and a votive which I really like!

I am 'old school', I prefer real candles with real flames, but I needed some candles for Valentine's Day that I would feel safe taking my eyes off of without worry that my cat might accidentally set the place on fire. I haven't used these candles long enough to give a fair review on the longevity but you really cannot beat 24 battery-operated candles for $12.99. And all of them worked!My boyfriend used four of these candles for our dinner table while we enjoyed our Valentine's night meal together. I will say that these candles do have a bright white flame, not the cozy soft yellow that I tend to prefer, but if you like the brightness then these candles won't disappoint. I loved the way they flickered.All in all, I am happy with this purchase. Not sure if I will buy them again, but that's only because I personally prefer a soft yellow glow.

Horrible! It’s a scam ! Sent me normal wax candles

We purchased these for our wedding in December 2018. We knew we only needed them for about 6 to 8 hours. HOLY MOLY! IT'S BEEN OVER A YEAR AND THEY ARE STILL GOING STRONG! We now have them spread around our bedroom for "mood" lighting. We also take them on vacation for night lights. They are still going, and going and going. For the quality, quantity and price I HIGHLY recommend this for anyone who needs these for a special occasion, and perhaps wants to continue to reuse after. Or... these are perfect for your votive candle holders around the house, so you don't have to worry about a fire hazard. These candles are awesome. I would buy again, but we don't need to they are still going strong.Update..2 years and we still have some that are on the original battery with intermittent use. These are awesome.
