I purchase these disposable pull up underwear for a close 62 year old male friend who suffers from prostate cancer. He was diagnosed as being stage 4 and chose 1 of the surgery options that were recommended by his doctors. While the cancer is under control his bladder control is not. The doctors are still optimistic that the control will come back. In the mean time no one prepared him and he admits he never gave a thought about needing incontinence garments.
